What it does
What works today as a whole, where you will run into bugs, and what we are not planning. The detailed list of modules is in the help.
Shipard is an open-source web application for small-business accounting, invoicing and document management. Its core idea: an invoice your client forwards by e-mail is read by AI and turned into a draft document — you review and confirm. It runs as a hosted service; the code is MIT.
Get in touchAlpha. The application, its guides and the first testers are Czech: Czech VAT, Czech chart of accounts, Czech company registry, Czech tax filings. That is deliberate — one country done properly before the next.
Accounting is national. VAT rates and returns, charts of accounts, filing formats, company registries — every member state has its own. We want Shipard to handle a company in any EU country, and we can't do that without people who know their country's rules from the inside.
